Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you can request a return, replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery from our Returns & refunds page. Please share photos or a short unboxing video of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will receive an email at every step — request received, approved, and refund issued.

Warranty

Bro Core products carry a 1-year quality warranty against manufacturing defects.
